Therapy takes time, commitment, and work.  People process, reflect, and recover at different rates. We cannot prescribe a specific number of therapy sessions, but instead encourage you to view therapy as an investment in yourself.

Most of our clients start with weekly appointments. We believe when sessions are a part of  your regular routine, you are more likely to apply what you learn in therapy in your life and achieve your treatment goals sooner. 

All of our services are done online. You can live anywhere in Massachusetts and Rhode Island–and we can work together. (For coaching services, you can live anywhere in the United States and receive services). Generally, we offer services throughout the week between 8am- 12pm. During your consultation, we will review our current availability and discuss if our schedules match.

Because of high demand for services, we are unable to respond to new client phone calls. It is best to schedule a consultation using the client portal. We are also reachable by email at hello@theodoretherapyllc.com and will respond within 72 hours. 

Once you contact us, we will schedule a consultation to learn more about you, your needs, discuss availability and determine if we are a good fit for one another. If we agree to take you on as a client, then we will verify your insurance coverage or payment method and move forward with scheduling your first appointment. 

During our phone consultation, we will ask questions to learn about you, discuss treatment options, give you an opportunity to ask us questions, and determine if we are a good match.

We utilize HIPAA compliant technology to conduct sessions so your privacy and confidentiality is protected.

We work with select insurances. If we don’t accept your insurance, you can choose to pay out of  pocket for sessions. Please visit our rates page for more information.
